GI warrants to Purchaser, that each Product shall be free from material defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment during the Warranty Period, the Products will materially conform with the specication in the applicable documentation

1. During Warranty A/S Cost : No charged if the found defective under normal usage condition Shipping Cost : The shipment of defective units from cutomer to GI is paid by customer and the delivery of replacement/repaired units to customer is paid by GI

2. After Warranty A/S Cost : Charged the real cost including shipping, handling & repairing Shipping Cost : Charged all shipment
Exceptions to Limited Warranty The warranty is void if the Product is not operated in conformance with installation, environmental, mechanical or electrical requirements, or within thermal stress limits, or to the extent that any malfunction is the result of misuse, abuse, vandalism, neglect, improper installation or application, alteration, accident, or negligence in use, storage, transportation, or handling, or it the original identication markings on the product have been removed, defaced or altered, lighting, electricity, water, re, environmental or other hazard, or act of God, or other impact outside of normal operating guidelines.
